  • Kolm Kontrast is a modern contrast therapy destination in Vancouver designed around the practice of heat, cold, breath, and recovery. More than a traditional wellness space, Kolm Kontrast has created an environment where guests can disconnect from daily overstimulation and reconnect through intentional rituals, guided experiences, community events, and nervous system regulation.

    As the brand expanded its presence in Vancouver's growing wellness market, the focus became building awareness, educating consumers on the benefits of contrast therapy, increasing memberships and bookings, and positioning Kolm Kontrast as a category leader within the wellness and recovery space. 

  • While contrast therapy continues to gain popularity, many consumers were still unfamiliar with the benefits of sauna, cold exposure, breathwork, and guided wellness experiences.

    The challenge was to:
